For an established Engineering & Contracting company in Mansourieh – Lebanon.
Female or Male. Age 25-35. University degree; preferably in Business Administration Or Architecture Or Engineering.
Min. 3-5 years exp. as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary for senior managers in well-established companies in Lebanon. It would be a Plus if familiar with Contracting or Construction field.
Good experience in all administrative tasks and day-to-day operations and follow up.
Will assist the Owner in all office tasks and personal matters namely scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, handling travel and hotel bookings, following up with concerned parties, preparing emails and correspondence, Internet searches… Good oral and writing skills. Presentable, strong sense of initiative and follow-up, reliable, energetic and dynamic, patient and problem solver. Willing to accommodate with long working hours when needed.
Trilingual. Computer literate: Word and Excel, Internet and E-mail.
Preferably available to start immediately
